After graduating from Emerson College with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre, I moved back to Connecticut, where I started an all women+ Shakespeare and theatre troupe. Five years later, the troupe has produced a dozen successful productions, raising money and awareness for various causes along the way. This past spring, we produced the first ever licensed all-female production of Kander & Ebb's Cabaret to sold out houses.

I have studied at various acting institutions, including Circle In The Square Theatre, The Lee Strasberg Institute, and Walnut Hill School for the Arts, among others. I have choreographed and directed locally in both youth and adult productions.

"I directed Ms. Schulte in a new original music theater piece. The role I cast her in called for courage, bite and vulnerability. She delivered on every front and brought a fierce abandon and joy to her vocal performance that the audience and I found thrilling. It is rare to meet a young actor who is as willing as she is to take a fearless dive at new material and offer everything they have to the story and the audience."

"When you work with Rachel, you're working with a team player who is 150% committed and focused. Rachel brings everyone into the creative fold along with her, and thinks deeply about every aspect of production. She is thorough, thoughtful, and her end product is always engaging and entertaining. Work with her... you'll be better for it!"

"A consummate professional, in the truest sense of the word. Rachel is always mentally and physically prepared for the task at hand, whether that is rehearsing lines, music, choreography, or preparing sets and costumes. She has an innate sense for the craft of acting, stemming no doubt from her unrivaled love of theater as an art form."
